The second in my series of posts asking you which ones I should print off frame and hang on the wall.   These are of the Buddha statues found in the ancient ruins of Sukothai.

I'm between the first two. The black and white looks really nice, but the colored one displays details…any one would be great!

First one. I feel the features are a bit sharp on the others.

I prefer the first one but feel the details on the crown blends into the stone wall behind. The second one contrasts better but the picture appears a bit harsh.

I never heard of the ruins and had to look it up. See it in Thailand Nice country to visit. Anyway I like the the second to last one because he looks like he is watching life from behind the corner and because his eyes are open. Which one do you like yourself?

I don't feel qualified to make a choice here, not knowing the texture and colour of the wall it will hang on, nor the decor and purpose of the room it will hang in.

It's a little bizarre that the photos have so many different colours, patterns, backgrounds etc etc, yet the Buddha's serene smile is just the same in all of them! 1st one looks a little self-satisfied to me, so I vote the 4th as it's got a bit of an aura of mystery!Happy travels!!

They're all wonderful but something about the second one appeals to me the most.

I wonder how all 5 of them framed up horizontally in B&W would look?

I definitely say the first one Loz. Just seems to capture what the colours really are. You want it to look as old as it is and i think the sunlight in the other one's make them look newer.

All are amazing, can only imagine what they look like in person.
